I’m always trying new recipes to keep me focused on my health. Hopefully you can also enjoy this egg recipe. Perhaps you won’t tire of eggs like I have lately.
Keto Friends
If I was an idiot I can do this. It’s an keto egg custard.
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cream or milk
Dash of vanilla
2 teaspoons monk fruit
Scramble in microwaveable bowl. Cover while cooking.
Microwave 2 minute
This is yummy and the toast , strawberries and bacon in my picture equals about 4 carbs. You can have the custard as a treat or breakfast. Enjo
