I took some time today to reflect on its way to either encourage me or discourage me. I’m learning that my mornings don’t have to be controlled by my thoughts or emotions. What begins a day in discouragement is my mind sometimes filled with nonsense and doubts about myself. I heard what I really need in the mornings is meditation to find my crew leader. The goodness and mercy from the one who made me. There is one of those discouraging thoughts in the morning is I’m lonely. Then, I’m not good enough. When in meditation I can push through those thoughts. There are the other thoughts I have to push through. She or he let me down. My health is dragging me down. Why did someone leave me? I’ve heard some faith speakers say we should not meditate, I’m at the conclusion of that seeing people are not always members of your crew of goodness and mercy. I’m looking within to find what my Crew Chief puts in my head to replace all the outside noise.
